Treatment appointments last an hour:

60 minute appointment – All follow up sessions and most new clients.

30 minute taster session – Not sure if this is the right therapy for you?  This half hour will give you a much better idea of what you’re letting yourself in for.  Settle in, let’s get to know each other, cover all those burning questions and receive around 15 minutes of hands-on treatment.

If you are a new client with a complex history that might need quite a bit of time to talk through, please message or email me to request a longer appointment, of up to 90 minutes.

My calendars accept bookings up to two months in advance and close 24 hours ahead, so….

A few minutes walk from Stamford town centre and train station.  The Delaine 201 bus service stops just outside and there is free parking (2hrs) on Water Street, Station Road and Barnack Road, or long-stay car parks at Wharf Road (PE9 2EB) and Cattle Market (PE9 2WB).

Please aim to arrive on time (not early as there is no waiting area and I may be with a previous client), just ring the black doorbell at the side door to let me know you’ve arrived so I can let you in.    Please note (and I apologise) that the toilet is on the first floor, with no lift.

If travelling across town please allow a little extra time between 8.00-9.30 and 3.30-5.30 on weekdays. Planned roadwork information for your journey can be found at one.network

Fees

Payment is due in advance or at the end of the session please.

IMPORTANT  – my cancellation policy:

Don’t forget to reschedule or cancel in plenty of time if you need to, so that the appointment can be offered to someone else who needs it.

You MUST reschedule please if you are unwell or might be infectious, even if this is at the last minute.  Click here for my health guidelines if you’re unsure.

There is no charge for cancelling, except: On-the-day cancellations are charged at £25 if made before 8.30am; the full treatment fee is due for any appointment cancelled later than 8.30am or missed without notice.  This is so that I can plan for changes in the day before starting work; I am rarely able to check messages or emails during the day.
